DataDoctor provides browser-based data validation, repair, conversion and import readiness tools. The tools are provided for convenience and should be reviewed before using results in production systems, customer imports, accounting workflows, API requests or database migrations.

Validate before using repaired or generated data

Automated repairs, CSV cleanup and schema generation are best-effort helpers. Always review repaired output, validation results, deduplicated exports and generated schemas before importing, deploying or sending data to a downstream system.

Review rules

  • Validate repaired JSON before sending it to an API or config file.
  • Review duplicate CSV rows before downloading a deduplicated file.
  • Treat generated schemas as starter contracts until edge cases are reviewed.
  • Use platform import checkers as preflight guidance, not a guarantee of acceptance.

No guarantee of platform acceptance

Import checkers identify common problems, but third-party platforms can change rules, mappings, accepted values and behavior. Use DataDoctor as a preflight check that catches likely failures before upload, not as a guarantee that Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Contacts, QuickBooks or another system will accept every row.

Security and sensitive data

Do not paste secrets into any online tool unless you understand how that tool is deployed. DataDoctor’s free browser tools are local-first, but your own browser environment, extensions, device security and deployment configuration remain your responsibility.

Use of downloaded output

Downloaded reports, cleaned CSV files, converted JSON, generated schemas and repaired payloads are working outputs. Keep the original source file, review the changes, and test with the destination system’s own dry-run or preview flow when available.
